Syed Suhaib Zia is a Senior Full Stack Developer, UI Designer, and the driving force behind Intraprism and Intraprism. Based in Sharjah, UAE, he brings years of hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle — from database design to frontend polish.
Before founding Intraprism, Suhaib held roles as a Software Development Team Lead, Software Development Consultant, and Full Stack Developer across multiple organizations. His journey through the software industry gave him firsthand experience with the pain points of legacy enterprise tools — clunky interfaces, rigid architectures, and astronomical pricing.
That frustration became the spark for Intraprism. Suhaib set out to build a modern, AI-powered ERP platform using microservices architecture, with each module independently scalable and deployable. The result is a system that rivals enterprise solutions costing 10x more, built with the latest technologies and designed for the modern workforce.
A graduate of COMSATS University Islamabad with a BS in Software Engineering, Suhaib combines academic foundations with practical expertise in Laravel, Next.js, React, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud deployment. He leads all technical decisions at Intraprism while maintaining a hands-on approach to development.
